Stunning Embroidered Halter Dress...How Old Am I?

I am getting ready to list this halter dress but I need some dating help.

The fabric is a lightweight gauze with gorgeous blue embroidery on the bodice. It has a hanky hem with ribbon trim. The back is smocked, no fasteners.

There are no tags of any kind remaining on the dress. It is 70's or yesterday???

70s to me.
