Style and dating 60s? 70s?/

Hi, I stuck between late 60s, early 70s on this dress. It has a sheer chiffon cape/ovelay attached; it is attached at the collar and sleeves. Underneath it is a sheath dress with sequin at the top and bottom. The dress is fitted. I am thinking late 60s, but the cape is making me think 70s? What type of style would this be called, it looks baby dollish with the chiffon cape, but I know there is another name for this. Thanks in advance for all of your help. I will add more pics.
