Sunny Choi silk ocean shirt - dating?

Am hoping the hive mind can help me with this. I can't get a sense of the date of this shirt, and I'm not even sure it's vintage.

Sunny Choi worked as a fashion designer till 2007, when she moved into painting. I contacted her through her website to ask about a date for this shirt some time ago, and never got an answer.

It's 100% silk with a fun underwater print of fish, crabs, shrimp, seaweed.

It must be at least 80s. Anyone have a sense of a decade for this?

Thanks in advance.

Sunny Choi only started as a designer in the very late 80s- I think 1987/88. She was best known in the 90s. Th lack of coloured icon care labels suggests to me that its mid 90s at the earliest (Canada stops using colour-coded care symbols by 1994 because of NAFTA).

Thanks Jonathan. I am unsure whether I can list this as vintage as I'm not sure it's even 20 years old. It's kind of long, might be hard to see in the pic but it's almost tunic-length on me, and I feel like the 90s were all about cropped lengths for tops, weren't they? Maybe I'll throw it up on Ebay...
