Swaine Adeney women's blazer

I think this is from the 1980s at the earliest, maybe the 90s as that is when I see Swaine Adeney were applying for trademarks in clothing. Given the maker's occupation and the deep back vent I wonder whether it was a riding jacket.
They remain a high class luggage maker but no longer make clothing, so I think it might be worth asking them between what year they were in clothing:

I contacted the company and I thought I would share the reply!
"I have requested further information in relation to your enquiry and can now confirm that Swaine Adeney did sell country wear during the 1980's which included jackets like these and trousers, coats etc. We do not any longer so you do have a special item there!"
