Swimsuit? Romper? Please help define and date.

This cotton short romper/swimsuit? has a tag that says Teez - Miami, FL and another small tag that says Lot Size 42. It also has a metal zipper and bloomers underneath skirt with no opening at crotch, zipper back. Seems to have some kind of boning in bust. Straps have spots for 3 button adjustments in back. Could someone please tell me if this is actually a swimsuit and when it was made? The fabric feels like cotton.

Measurements are 34" 26" 34"

not a swimsuit, a romper or playsuit. do you have a shot of the label and size tag you could show us so we can better help with the date?

Also wanted to mention that the double string belt was popular in the 1970s, but want to see more...

Can you show a shot of the entire garment, falling as it would on a body? I can't see enough of it all at once to tell--it could very will be a 1960s' playsuit, but it's hard to tell without seeing the whole thing all at once! That "Teez" label is familiar to me but I think I'm remembering it from when I was young, as I'm sure I haven't had any vintage with that label....
