Thanks to Lizzie's great article on swimsuits I learned of Rose Marie Reid. Not sure of the date on this one thou - the label is like the 60s one (third to last in resource) but I think this is a later model. Made in Italy tag also has universal care instructions. Says size 10 but judging by the fit on the manny, I think a size 5 or 6 is more like it.

I don't think those laundry symbols on the tag were in use before the late 90's, and that low low back is saying later than 60's to me too.
 
International care symbols were introduced in 1971 or 72 I think... I can't remember when but it was around there sometime. The assymetical floral spray style print looks c. 1980ish to me, maybe really late 70s but probably into the early 80s.
