SYBIL CONNOLLY pleated linen skirt

Hi everyone! I "bragged" a couple months ago when I added a Liberty & Co. Artistic and Historic Costume Studio gown to my little collection, and I'm back to brag about another addition. I'm so excited!

I've longed for a pleated linen SYBIL CONNOLLY dress for years, but I've never been able to find one in my price range. Last week, I found one of her pleated linen evening skirts at an affordable price, so I bought it! I'm so excited, and have to share here, because my husband's eyes glazed over when I started telling him about it.

Thanks for letting me share...I have no friends in real life who "get" how cool this this!

A very beautiful item, indeed.

This is a tiny part of a 1971 article about Connolly and it refers to the skirt as cinnamon-colored.
