Taramina Dress - Any help dating or history of label

Hi, I got a beautiful dress from a clothes swap which says that it is made by Taramina and uses Liberty Fabric. I have googled Taramina and all I can find out is that a company with that name made the Twiggy dresses and that before that they made old lady dresses. Can anyone help with dating the dress? It is machine stitched and has a washing care label. Do you think it is made by the same company that made the Twiggy dresses?

I would say that your dress dates from the seventies, and
I think it's a good bet that it may have been made by the same manufacturer.
I love Liberty fabrics; it's cute!

Thanks Joules, I love it too but it looks really really silly on me so i'm not sure what to do with it! Just admiring it on a hanger for now!

It will look very cute on someone, I am sure. I can so see it belted and worn with boots, with pretty, feminine jewelry.
What size is it, do you reckon?

It is a size ten. I was very excited about it but my husband just laughed when i tried it on. So upset! I looked like a stepford wife.

I still look silly but much better!Need better boots.

Yes, perhaps with taller, sleek boots in black or grey. Honestly, perhaps you should keep this one! I love the flounce at the hem too.
