Tell Me About This Jacket.

I don't know why I am taking pics of coats but I really like this one.

I am thinking late 50s, early 60s?? It is a Montgomery Ward label but the quality is very nice. Tiny pockets are in the front lapel hem. Fur color is probably faux.

well l'm not sure of course, but from what l can see l think the entire coat is faux....its the fuzzy texture and hazy sheen, which looks un-natural if you know what l mean!!?

I think you are right, Sara. The fur collar which runs around the neck and down the front I think is faux. The body of the coat looks like persian lambswool but that might not be real either. Is there a way to check?

Linda I believe both the collar and the jacket are faux too. Can you somehow look under the lining
to see if there is a pelt backing?
