Textile Sampler

I purchased this stunning textile sampler a number of years ago in an antique shop because it reminded me of a harlequin diamond pattern.

I don’t know anything about it but think it was produced in the 19th century and has some gorgeous silk, velvet and other material samples crafted into it. At the back are what appear to be business cards to help maintain a stiff structure.

Has anyone seen anything similar before? I’ve been meaning to frame in a double-sided glass frame but any other ideas on how I could store or display it?
