the credit crunch good or bad for vintage clothes

i havent listed many items on ebay since christmas, as i have been so busy with stuff coming into work,
and what i have listed has not been vintage, but sales have been down quite a lot so i am a bit reluctant to put my older retro/vintage items on ebay...as no one seems to be buying,

but on the flip side i should imagine if you are a buyer, this would be an excellent time to buy.

how are sales in general for you ? just to compare from country to country

i must admit i am now carefull in what i spend my money on with the price of day to day groceries going up in leaps and bounds....and the price of petrol well its just :censored2::angry22:

I have had four sales in the last couple of weeks, two from Ebay and two from my other sites.

I have absolutely nothing new on there since I am a tax preparer and won't finish until April 15th.

I think things are picking up from what I can see.

I haven't been listing much myself lately, but what I did list seemed to sell, not for previously seen prices, but it didn't do badly either.

I've seen worse times, so perhaps vintage will ride this out better that some things~
