The Dating Game #3: 1960s Wool Coat?

And finally item #3!

This looks like a 1960s wool coat to me. I'd appreciate confirmation on my instinct, and some ideas of what to call the fabric. It doesn't quite look like boucle to me, but it is a very rough texture. A herringbone weave? Is that even a correct term?

It sports a label for a local department store and nothing else.

That looks right to me... its almost a boucle... but early 60s sounds right
