I was thinking 70s actually on it...but am not quite sure, really. It may be earlier/later Size is chest size, not modern number size. Some western wear is hard to pinpoint as it was sold for utilitarian too. The showy costumes sometimes are easier to date, and some motifs don't change. I think its darn cute, no matter what it is.
There is a Wrangler website with history, but it doesn't work with my program
