    ETA: I was fascinated by Leigh Wishner's take on 1980s and 1990s as peak avante garde in terms of textiles. It would be wonderful to have a workshop on this here. I would love to have a new frame for 90s fashion.

    Maggie, it was fascinating to talk with Leigh. I am really intrigued by her thoughts about synthetic fibers for instance, but couldn't include that in the article.
