This one is out of my comfort zone. I need some dating help pretty please!

I found this at the same sale on 75% off day. I can't believe no one else had picked it up!! My first instinct was that this was very late teens to early 20s but really, I just don't know. I handle so few earlier items. It is in amazing, wearable condition. I'm not sure of the fabric content but it is quite sturdy and is completely lined in (I think) silk crepe. It snaps and hooks from the collar all the way down the bodice and half way down the skirt. It has a silk braided attached belt with tassels at the ends. It has some sequin & beaded trimming on the bodice. I found one small hole on the skirt back and there are a few beads and sequins missing but that is all.

Also, it measures B 41 W 32 H 52 (with pleats pulled out). I know this was not meant to be fitted, what size would it be considered??

From what I can tell, I think your original dating of the dress was correct. I suspect it was made for a woman in her 60s or 70s - it looks very matronly to me - but the way it closes is typical of dresses from the 1918 - 1922 period.
