Tips on a new iron?

Well, my trusty iron kinda... well... caught on fire today.

I really don't want to spend $120+ on a higher end Rowenta or lower end Oliso if I don't have to; I know you get what you pay for, but has anyone found one in a reasonable price range that has similar quality? Say, less than $50-ish?

I don't know where you are, so I don't know if it's available there... I use a Tefal Aquagliss, and this works just nicely, no fuss, and it wasn't very expensive.
