Tooled leather belt maker, anyone know who it is?

Hi all, I have this fab tooled leather western belt with PS printed/inlaid on the back. Can anyone help me identify who this maker is? and does anyone know what date it is? I would assume somewhere 50's-70's but not knowing the maker it is difficult to tell. I have done several searches and can find nothing with these initials. Any help would be much appreciated! :) Thanks.

The font used looks 70s-80s to me. I can see why you thought earlier - but it's a classic western/mexican style item and the design doesn't change much over the decades. If you don't get it ID'd here I would try a western or mexican tooled leather Facebook group.
