There was a fairly prolific American manufacturer of lingerie, seemingly mainly nightgowns and peignoir sets, called 'Tosca Lingerie' based in California. At their height, their labels were aqua and black on white with a picture of the Eiffel Tower (for an Italian opera?!) and 'Made in California' on them. Their later labels dumped the Eiffel Tower in favour of a tulip and the words 'Tosca Lingerie of California Inc'. Your label doesn't match the main series, but that's a good thing because it might indicate an earlier design.
Your lovely item(s) are a peignoir set that has - to my mind - a kind of later 60s look to it. I am based in England and we don't see a lot of Tosca lingerie over there but I'm sure one of my American colleagues will leap in with more information about the company itself. I am currently stuck in Poland with just my phone, which is useless for doing searches on, but I'm sure a trademark search might shed some light on things.
Can I ask what, if anything, is on the back of the label?
.
Thank you for the picture! That was the only label I saw with the same name but it's so different from the one I found... glad to know it's still the same brandChiming in to agree with what others have said: 1960s Baby Doll set.
Here's a 1970s Tosca peignoir set and label.
