Tribute to Fashion Icon June Cleaver

Barbara Billingsley, the woman who portrayed one of my all time favorite American TV Moms ~ June Cleaver of Leave It to Beaver ~ passed away at the age of 94 yesterday...

I LOVED that show, and I loved her ~ and for many years we've used the term "June Cleaver dress" ~ here are a couple of our favorites...

Would love to see other's iconic June Cleavers to add here as a tribute to her style and grace as a beloved TV Mom ~

I posted one several years ago on the forums having fun..this dress is mid 60s by Marjorie Montgomery...

They always wore pearls when they cooked!!

I feel I've missed out somewhat. :( I've never heard of June Cleaver but I think your tribute to her is lovely - and the divine frocks too.

Louise, Leave it to Beaver was one of the classic American TV shows of all time. June & Ward were the *perfect* parents. LOL, my Mom was the best but she never cooked or vacuumed wearing her pearls & petticoats...

Barbara Billingsley was great, I loved her sense of humor about herself.
