Trying to date a full slip with shoulder pads

I have a unique full slip by Jenelle of California with built in shoulder pads. I've searched the internet, VFG site, google images, etc but I can't find anything that's remotely like this. Would this slip be from the late 70's or early 80's because of the shoulder pads? :help:

When I was a buyer for a lingerie shop in 1985/86 these were the newest thing, though that's not a brand I recognize.
 
Thanks another time vintage apparel. Those shoulder pads remind me of the movie Mad Max with Tina Turner...so 80's!

Daisy Fair Banks, thank you for your input. I'm familiar with Jenelle, but the items I've come across from that label have always been elegant chiffon nightgowns and peignoir sets, I've never seen a slip by them.
 
Oh, yes - shoulder pads in everything!

There were even bras with shoulder pads. By 1988 they all came with velcro so that you could get dressed in your bra, slip or camisole, blouse or dress, jacket (and if it's winter - coat), admire the enormous impact of all the combined shoulder pads in your mirror and then take out the surplus ones!

I was so glad when shoulder pads went out - never thought we'd be seeing them again so soon.

:hysterical: oh, I can just see it before my inner eye...! I have tried a few shoulder-pad heavy 80s things on in secondhand shops, and just one was too much for me... I'm just trying to imagine the effect of more than one - oh dear!
