Trying to Date Stephane Kelian 9 west Heels

Hello,

Does anyone know when nine west changed it's label from 9 west to the current one? Or when Stephane Kelian did a line of shoes for them. Here are my special pair that I need help dating. Thanks!

I believe Kelian hasn't been designing since 1995 but I am not positive on that. Also, Nine West consolidated and went public in 1993 and may have changed their label at that time. So that would put the shoes at c. 1994, which looks right to me stylistically.
