Trying to find milliner Lilly Daché's rights owner or representative

I’m french footage researcher, and I’m looking for rights owners, or representative of milliner Lilly Daché. is someone have any information about this?
(for those who saw my post on Ben Zuckerman, I'm asking for the same project. After this request, I'm done!)

Lilly Dache did have a daughter and was married- see below from Wikipedia-
Jean Despres married milliner and fashion designer Lilly Daché in Palm Beach, Floridaon March 13, 1931.[1] His grandson, John Gordon Gauld, is a New York and Massachusetts artist. Daughter, Suzanne Dache.
You could try and track down the grandson and contact him. Her daughter would have been born after 1931 so may well be available to contact as well.

Suzanne Dache, I believe, passed away several years ago, she was pretty old. I had written to her about her own line of hats (not a great success for her unfortunately) and she was very gracious. Contacting the grandson is a good idea.

I do know they sold off quite a bit of Lilly's estate, both her personal items and her business items, at auction about15- 20 years ago and some of her things would pop up on eBay and such. I managed to get a few things myself from her personal office and studio.

Just curious. Why would you need to find out who owns the rights to her estate?

THANKS for your help! Barbara, I need to find rights owners to obtain consent from them, regarding a fashion magazine cover with a Lilly Daché's hat on it.

You don't need consent from Dache - in fact you don't need consent from the publisher either as the cover of a magazine is public domain (although you have to picture it as the full cover, not take the image and crop it from the cover, otherwise you need the publisher's permission.
