Trying to identify this fur

Hi - My very first post! I have a fur jacket (late 1950s-60s?) that I was told was mink but I'm not sure. Can anyone give me some tips? I read the fur section and it looks and feels right, but it seems like the pelts might be too wide... The fur is sleek and shiny, and soft underneath. There's no label; it's pale brown silk inside, with embroidered darker brown flowers. Thanks! Hope I did this correctly...

Hi there and welcome to The Vintage Fashion Guild forums. Your jacket is very pretty. It is indeed mink fur and it dates somewhere between the late 60s to early 70s.
