Trying to identify this Valentino skirt

Hi! I'm new here, and what brought me here was thrifting this amazing skirt from Valentino. The tag suggests that it comes from 90s or 00s (this is what I read here, correct me if I'm wrong). Unfortunately, the washtag has been cut off by the previous owner, and I understand why - the skirt is see-through and the washtag must've bothered whoever was wearing the skirt. I'm still trying to identify it and its worth. Thanks a lot in advance.

This is a floral lace maxi skirt with a lot of chiffon ruffles and silk edges.
