Turquoise Chiffon Gown-MOG/MOB? What???

I have this gown that's really lovely, IMHO, but not quite sure what to do with it! I think this is mid 60's, but appreciate any better dating; airy turqoise chiffon over a fairly heavy, slightly stiffened taffeta; beading only at the yoke & neck. No maker's label on it (just a union tag), but very high quality fabric & workmanship. To me, this looks like a MOB or MOG dress, but it's small, about a 6. What on earth would I use for keywords here??? Oh, and the area where the beading is is not greenish as in the photo. My camera simply cannot capture blue-green shades very well, and I had to color adjust this--the rest came out pretty true to color but that. Thanks!

I would put long false eyelashes and a coif piled on top of the head with this.

Chris, the piled coif--with appropriate hair jewelry, of course--would be perfect with this! Now, if I can just figure out what to call it, I'll be set. No problem writing the description, but the title & KW escape me....
