Two more Fancy Dresses

Back again! i just don't know where all these fancy dresses are coming from- they are just showing up out of nowhere and I don't know enough about them to date them! Thanks so much for all of ya'lls help. Please let me know what other info I can provide.

Pink Dress:
Tea/ mid-calf length
Lace overlay over a pink satin

Handmade
lace detailing on the bodice

they look to be about the same age, early-ish 80s.

that kind of lace on the pink dress was used a lot in the 80s, and those large papery rectangular dry clean only/size/fiber content tags are an 80s giveaway.

is the bodice very shiny? can't really tell from your pics if that's satin or taffeta. the fiber would be acetate.

homemade dresses are more difficult to date because the home sewer often cobbled together styles, and notions (lace, zippers, buttons) from other eras, but the nylon zipper combined with the basque waist and overall style say 80s.
 
my goodness! Thanks so much. I really need to start working on my knowledge of formal wear. I was assuming the pink one was 80s but I was lost on the green! The strange length was also throwing me off- they both hit an such and awkward lower to mid calf length. Is that an early 80s thing too?
