The tag was cut out, which is the worst thing ever for dating something.

This next one I'm almost positive is 1980's. It has the Union logo on the back in black and white, but combined with the care directions I think I'm right? The belt is not original with the dress.

Without the belt it's just elastic

Ideas on the first one?

I think the pink lace dress might be late '70's or even early '80's. The other dress has a union label that dates it from 1955-1973 so I would say with the inclusion of the care information it is from the early '70's.

yep lin i was thinking 80s on pink and 70s on redbefore reading info or labels....
does th pink one have shoulder pads and elastic waist? if yes deffinately 80s!

the pink doesn't have shoulder pads but extra gathered white mesh material, It does have a very thick, not very stetchy elastic waist and is fully lined.

I think early 80s (maybe '80 to '83) on the pink--that surplice or wrap neckline was very popular then. And the other would be at the very tail end of when that union label was used--it actually looks into the beginning of the mid 70s to me (like '73 to as late as '75 or '76).

I agree with everyone on this one (early 80s and early 70s)- just wanted to add that I have several dresses made of that same lace that are from the early 80s- one that is in the exact same color! That type of lace is a great tip-off for early 80s.
