I posted these earlier this Spring but have saved them for listing at Halloween. Any comments appreciated. They will go on auction tonight.

The first one reminds me of a morning dress, and the second one of
a school marm. Don't think this will help you out much.

They are both great costume gowns though Linda and pre-60s which should be good.

Sue:)

Thanks, Sue! I listed both as Victorian Tea dresses. Do you think that will do? It saved room in the title.

Mid Victorian Praire, Pioneer, Wild West, Schoolmarm, Sunday Go to Meeting all could apply.

Tea dress is a fairly specific type of late Victorian/Edwardian gown which these don't resemble, even in a costume sense, so you may be attracting the wrong buyer, but - hey - you never know - it could work.

Thanks, Hollis. I have saved your wording and will probably revise.
