Hello VFG members -- Not sure how else to do this. Please excuse me if this is "not allowed."

I am seeking a U.K.-based (or close by) VFG member who has available a whimsical, 50s full-circle skirt.

A customer just emailed to say he'd wanted to buy one of mine for his girlfriend, but the one she loved had already sold. It's shown below.

I loved that giraffe skirt so much, I nearly cried when I packed and shipped it off to its new owner. Every knob (the little horns) and eye had a prong-set rhinestone, and the background was sprinkled with sequins. If it didn't have a 24" waist, it would not have been for sale at all! : )
 
I didn't realize the giraffe skirt was yours - what a fabulous skirt. And I know what you mean about becoming attached to certain pieces. I've had a couple of inquiries about discounting my skirt, and it's not difficult to say sorry-but-no. I'm happy being its owner for as long as it takes for the right new owner to come along.

We need a covetous Gollum emoticon here for us vintage hoarders..... How about this one?
