Uggg Please help me describe this gown

[Bombshell*Frocks]

I've had this for quite some time, circa 1980's with tags present $3000.00

Anyway, I am having a really hard time describing the skirt...
Would that waist treatment be called a pannier?

It almost looks like a body suit with a skirt over it but it is all one piece.

My descriptions have been so lame lately and sound so dorky, I need help.

I've been terrible with descriptions lately, too. The only thing I can offer is to put "Grecian Goddess" somewhere in your key words as the dress really fits that look.
