A while back I posted a photo of a vintage shell woman figurine with questions. Now I have an ongoing search for “vintage shell” listings on eBay and a fun array of items pop up in my “mailbox.” Here are some from last week...

At least once a week there’s a shell rendition of the Beatles. If someone collected kitsch shell pieces, eBay would be a treasure trove.

I just purchased a shell picture like that one recently.

My son just sold his late father's incredible collection of shell tchotchkes, mostly elaborate Victorian picture frames and boxes, but also some truly demented items...my favorite being an actual seahorse riding a shell bicycle.
