unmarked pewter look pendant - date help?

sorry it's a funny side-on photo, i just wanted to show the layers. it's BIG - main bit is about 3" high, then the dangles are about an inch. on a long chain so hangs below the bust..now is this 60's or 70's and any ideas for keywords?

TIA! i am trying to clear out some vintage costume jewellery at the mo so afraid this is possibly the 1st of many ?'s!!

It kind of looks celtic but I don't recognise the symbol so maybe celtic style.

It looks 80s/90s to me and I agree on the ethnic/celtic vibe.
