I’m looking for opinions on a date for this leather jacket. I’m thinking maybe 80s-90s. The chest is 19.5 inches across and it tapers in at the waist and has gathered elastic. Sleeves are 15 inches long. It’s genuine leather. It’s a small, but very roomy in the chest and smaller at the waist. Any help would be appreciated.

I am leaning towards mid 90's- (3M Thinsulate was first introduced in 1979, but did not become popular in outerwear jackets until 1985)
My research shows that "The Vanguard Leather of America Inc." trademark was first used in commerce in 1993 and was abandoned in 1995.
It is a FANTASTIC jacket btw!
