Verifying 1920s Jantzen Swimsuit

I believe this swimsuit is from the 1920s? Wool knit.

I looked at our Label Resource and that tag looks like the 1940s examples. The waist fit and bust look more 40s as well. What is the interior structure like?

Agree with '40s. I think it might be a cotton knit, rather than wool.

Yep, it is 1940s. >.<
I know it doesn't look or feel like wool knit. The seller kept convincing me it is wool knit. Oh well....

It looks like towelling fabric to me, which was quite a 60's trend.
