Very Soft Fur Coat- Muskrat? Mink (unlikely)? Time Period

Found this coat at a GoodWill in Madrid for 20 Euros. The fur is incredibly soft and luxurious. I doubt it is mink. Probably just muskrat. Could someone id it for me? Time period? Fur Type? Value?

Some of the seems or pelts are separating and I need to have it fixed but other than that the coat is in good shape. No bald spots. No tags or markings in liner.

Hi there, Yes. That's muskrat and a very pretty one. Sometimes muskrat feels very soft and yours is dropped skin or let out to look like mink. Your photos show the fur very well. In order for me to be able to help you determine age I would need to see the shape of the coat better, either on a person or even hanging on a hanger and seeing a photo of the lining as well as any labels.
To find out value you can either have someone in person evaluate the coat for you or you can also try to get an idea by searching for similar sold items on eBay.
