VFF - Vintage Frightful Frocks!

What is VFF?
VFF stands for Vintage Frightful Frocks and is a special themed sales event for the Halloween Costume season.

What do I list in VFF?
Vintage outfits that are wild or can be turned easily into a costume! Think loud printed psychedelic stuff for a genuine hippie costume, over the top 80's rock things for a real deal punk rocker costume, tacky 70's bridesmaids dresses to be well, a tacky 70's bridesmaid! So on and so on - Be creative!

How do I list a VFF?
Place VFF in your title and the above logo and blurb!

Can't wait to show you all my vintage plastic mad scientist "brains" necklace. Well, i don't think it was originally INTENDED to look like that, but it does.

This was a lot of fun last year.....and the frocks actually went from
horribly frightful to wonderfully delightful! <groan> :)
 
I think I want that necklace already Chris... The freakier the better!

I may list my "bug" jewelry that someone must have done as an homage to Elsa Schiapparelli in the 40s. They glued metal insects on to a necklace and a brooch... but then again they're so unique...
 
maybe someone will have one of those amber pieces with the insect in them :)

I promise to scan the "brains" necklace to show you today. I don't think it is supposed to be "brains" but that was just my immediate thought...

Okay Kevin...here is the necklace. Now that i scanned it, it looks less like brains and more like prunes, but it still kinda has that look to me...

I will also have some "side offerings" non clothing stuff that won't be VFF but i will be listing at the same time, like a cryostasis book for the aspiring mad scientist, a very brooding maxfield parrish print, and a more contemporary mylar/holographic looking dress...plus i might have another crazy necklace around here somewhere......

oh yeah, and i almost forgot the egyptian dress i got over the summer...but now seems more the time...

My internet connection was on and off all day something about fiber optics so hopefully you can see the pics. And because of the mess with the internet I couldn't get these listed today.
