I have a Viabo Robby Sasson jumper. It has been in storage since the 1980's and has only recently been found. Could anyone give me more information on the jumper? And a rough price estimate? Any help is appreciated.

Hello, I'm Roby Sasson, the Via Bo designer (from 1976 to 1993) , the jumper you got is from the "Spy 2000" collection. and you should keep it for a while as this authentic 80's jumper is a rare piece and should go to hire price (1000 € right now)
Via Bo stoped in 1993, it was known for the good quality material and a New Wave designs. Lots of Pop Rock and New Waves bands from the 80's and the 90's wore Via Bo collections. http://robysasson.com/fr-bio2.html.

How neat of you to find the thread and reply Rob Sasson! I have never heard of the brand, so it is fun to find another thing to learn about. Thanks for responding!

Hi, I recently came across this thread as I was randomly searching for this particular designer as I had bought my wife a dress by him back in 1990-91.
I was amazed that someone was also doing the same.
The dress was bought in a small boutique that I used to frequent and when i saw it I just thought that my wife would look great in it. Indeed she did. She only wore it about two times and it has sat covered in her wardrobe ever since.
Hopefully someone out there (or even Mr Sasson himself) can shed some light on it.

I know this is a very old thread but wondering if Mr. Sasson can confirm the year and collection this coat is from or provide any other info about it. I thought it to be from the late 70s.

Hello, here is more exact information about this coat : it is a double-sided raincoat, which can bée WordPress in the desired color. This one is part of the first collection sold for export, it dated from 1977 , and sold at Bergdorf Goodman. Here attached a picture of Silvia and Dorotheoa waring those raincoats . Those women founded ESMOD school of Fashon in Germany . Dorothée was my modelist !
