Victor Costa Gown w/feathers. Dating help?

This gown has a label from a dress on the label resource pages that is from the same as the "from a 1970s dress
Courtesy of shopping-goddess". Does anyone recognize it as from the 70's also? I will be listing on ebay soon and want to make sure my information is accurate before I list it. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks! I think it's cute too. The feathers are in great shape. I was surprised. I haven't measured but it seems to be a larger size. My friends tell me it would make a great drag queen dress. I'd keep it for myself if it fit! But to big for me.

and actually, those roll collars were popular in the L A T E
60's into 70's

I was wondering what that kind of collar was called. Is the back hanging part supposed to be worn like shown in the picture? I've never seen a collar like that before. Thanks for the date help!

nope, those long collar ends should be neatly folded over each other, not tied, just folded over and through once
