Victor Joris?

Does anybody have any information on a designer named Victor Joris? I have a beautifully constructed, complete with hand stitched lining, wool dress by Victor Joris for I. Magnin.

Here's the dress. It's jet black so I put it in direct sunlight so you can see details. Sorry for the quick and dirty pictures. the buttons are working buttons, not decorative. I'm thinking very late 1960s to early 1970s? The zipper is nylon.
