Victorian? Coat?

This has been hanging out in my storage for a really long time and I thought I should try and pass it along. Any feedback would be great! I am guessing Victorian but I'm not sure which is why I've held on to it for so long. Missing a few buttons. It's very very heavy.

That is a real beauty. I get a sense of the 'Teens era in this coat. But I also see 1930s. Hard to be sure as the coat looks a different shape in some photos than it does in others. How is it lined?

I think it might be wartime 40s doing an Edwardian revival look

Thanks everyone! This one really stumps me. I looked at the lining inside and it seems to be a crepe rayon. I'll go with 30's!
