Victorian?? Edwardian?? Antique dress and Coat...Age??

Hello All!
I purchased a lot of Antique Clothing from an adorable old woman ;-) here are 2 of the items...

I am thinking the Coat is Victorian (Pre 1900) am I correct on this?? The picture of the label is sewn to the inside of the collar of the coat but I could not find anything when I tried to research the name

The Dress is very interesting...I feel like this dress would have been worn for something specific (traveling, sporting, etc...) its only detail being black velvet trim and buttons. it is almost flawless and the closures are all hooks and eyes in the front. my instincts tell me that this dress is late Edwardian (after 1910) but i'm not sure...what are your thoughts?

I think the coat is actually a jacket from a suit and dates from 1906ish, but its hard to tell without handling it or seeing more pictures to see how its constructed because the full sleeve comes back in 1905-07 and it looks a lot like the mid 90s sleeve. The other dress is 1912ish.
