Victorian Lace Fabric – Embroidery on Net.

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. What I believed to be a roll of antique Victorian black lace fabric turns out to be a ready-to-cutout pattern of a lace jacket to sew. There are markings on the net where to cut. I've worked out there are 2 fronts, 2 sleeves, a back. It came with a made up sleeve and a stack of black crepe fabric – possibly for the lining. It has a number printed on the net fabric 6134. Does this type of fabric have a name? I would like to list it but don't know what to call it! I would appreciate any help you can give. Thank you.
