Victorian Vest?

I find the buckle to be of interest. The company is French but made buckles for American clothing as well. I know that this company has made buckles from the 1800s to early 1900s. Does anyone know when (if) they went defunct? Can anyone help date this? Thanks!

I think Edwardian , 1901 - 1910 or so. But could be as late as 1920 and as early as 1900. My 1905 tailoring book has a draft for a very similar vest.
