Vintage 40s? lacy nightgown/slip

Hi, all! Found this beauty at the thrift store the other day! Have questions about the era based on the cut and tag. Provided photos in this thread. It’s a beautiful cream color with lace. Brand is “Back Magic”.

I think polyester on the label rules out 40s.

 

[Vintagiality]

The earliest mention of the Black Magic slip being made of polyester I could find was 1958 and that was with Dacron. Typically it would actually say Dacron in these cases. I see a fair amount of ads throughout the 60s and 70s. I am not an expert in undergarments but I would say yours is either 60s or 70s
