vintage 60s/70s dress, any info on it would be great!

Hi!
I am fairly new to collecting vintage garments but I always research the labels or brands I acquire. I cannot however find a lot of information on this lovely dress. From some old listings on Etsy some sellers suggest the label is from the 60’s, others from the 70’s.
If anyone would be able to help with dating or just any information on the brand that would be wonderful.

Those capes were super popular in the mid to late 70s, a bridesmaid dress I wore had one on it, very similar to yours, but mine was a plain maroon color, not a print.
