I need to know what year this was made and what its worth.... I can't find anything like it anywhere..... is it something special, or just an old sweater?

As for the label, it looks very like the one identified as 1980s in VFG's label resource: A&F labels.

where can i go to find out what i have and if it holds any value? either online or near me in bradenton Fl. what kind of place can I go to get it looked at or what site can i send pictures to to have it authenticated and apraised

For one, you could check for sold offers on ebay for similar items to see what they sold for.

A quick check for "vintage 80s abercrombie sweater" on ebay brings up only three that actually sold, all in the $20-$30 range. Completed but unsold listings for sweaters using the same search terms have prices ranging from $12-$40 (but they had no buyers). Is there something special or unique about your sweater that causes you to think an authentication/appraisal would be worth the expense?
