Vintage? Averardo Bessi Shirt Dress

Hello! I am new to the forum. I was wondering if anyone has any resources for figuring out if this Averardo Bessi dress that I found is vintage or not. It has a label similar to the 90s one on the resource page. I have been trying to find a way to narrow the time frame but have come up short after looking at the Bessi website and doing several internet searches. I have attached two photos. Let me know if you would like to see others. The dress is 100% cotton, pulls on over the head and has sewn in shoulder pads. The print is signed.

As a follow up, I did find a news article from 1992 that the Miss Bessi line was "recently" started. So, I guess I'm wondering if there is any upper time limit on when that label was used? (like before '95...)

Hello and welcome,

I don't know the line at all, but if it was 'recently started' in 1992, and has shoulder pads, I would say you are safe with early 90s.

But let's see what others have to say too.

Agree with Ruth - and with those small collar lapels I'd say very early '90s.
