Vintage B-Bar-T Fringed Lambskin Leather Jacket

This is definitely vintage, you just know it before you even see the label, which I am hoping someone may be familiar with?

Lambskin leather, very supple, the buttons are rolled leather toggles, a lot of the leather is pinked.

All the fringes are intact, and it doesn't look like it got a lot of wear, although it should have a cleaning.

Any help would be so appreciated.
The label looks like it is trying to mimic H-Bar-C.

I have not seen that label before. I think Maureen has some books about western year, so hopefully she would be by to shed some light!
