Vintage chloe blazer label?

Hi! Can anybody please help
I don’t know much about chloe but I bought a vintage blazer recently . The label seems really weird. Underneath the embroidered Chloe label is a paper type label which just looks uneven, cotton is also spelt as ‘coton’.. is this normal, is the item genuine? Thank you

As per the forum rules, we cannot authenticate items here. Cotton is spelled "coton" because it is in French, as in "soie" (silk) and "lin" (linen). Honestly speaking, the label to me looks fairly modern, also in combination with the other multi-language label, and the one that looks to be Japanese.
