Vintage Chloe blouse ? Please help with label and era - 80s?

Hello!

I have faithfully checked the label resource & internet, but could not identify this particular Chloe (?) label. The colors, print and one shoulder pad - attached with velcro - screams 80s to me.

• The label itself is high quality, as is the silk(?) material, but the semi-crude stitching is throwing me off.
• Sorry, I can't unpick the label to provide better view, as it is sewn in quite well into a triangle shape.
• No care label.

Please help with any info , and feel free to use the label photos for the archive, if you like.

Thank you to all who confirmed the 80s.
I was unsure, as with the little knowledge I have of the brand, this style didn't seem to match the general style of clothing.
I wondered whether they had licensed out during this time.

I also scored an Ossie Clark - Celia Birtwill print (Babylon) dress.
I'm still researching that, but will post in a separate thread if I have questions
